Liberation is Personal
To the outer world, Liberation is generally understood as something that we fight for from the structures that control and govern our daily lives. The term conjures up images of armed struggle, marches, and violence. But our generation knows too well how personal the political truly is, and that true total Liberation is an incredible personal daily experience more than it is a historic moment.
Most of us no longer have a gun to our heads forcing us to oppress ourselves and others from within (through our relationship patterns, our career choices, our health practices, our spiritual practices etc). Thus, we can choose to Liberate ourselves from within and live the life of our dreams.
Liberation from Within
Liberation is an internal experience that radiates its positive impact outwardly. If we can heal ourselves, ritualize our true joy, increase the energy of our abundance,
- We’ll have an actual, healthier sense of community based on joy and love rather than on trauma bonding,
- We’ll increase in economic power individually and collectively,
- We won’t need anyone to Liberate us because we’ll command such power–more fluidly able to build the realities we desire–that efforts to violate or oppress us will end in destruction for the oppressors.

This Challenge starts at night! On 7PM on Day 0, we come together for a welcome and introduction. Then on 7PM Day 1 and every night until Day 7, you’ll have a lifeline to connect with to begin unwinding for the day so that you can embrace a restful night’s sleep. We’ll drop a new meditation each night designed to help you visualize your Highest Self and alchemize your dreams into reality. As a bonus with the challenge, you’ll also receive premium materials and content (ebooks, articles, audios, videos) to supercharge your success.

Data shows that when we rise with or before the sun, we enjoy more clarity, focus, joy, even if only for the fact that we’re able to get more silent time for reflection, gratitude and healthful movement. Join us for a live Mindful Movement & Meditation class to learn yoga, breath work and visualization techniques that lighten your body, connect you more deeply to your Highest Self, your Divine Guides, and your beneficent Ancestors–techniques that give you direct guidance on what steps to take to have your best day, best week, best month, best year ever.
