When we buy an appliance, device or other complex product, it comes with a user guide to let us know how to get the most out of it and how best to preserve it. But when new humans come into our lives, they don’t normally come with a guide on how best to support them or to get the most out of the relationship.

A meaningful understanding of the humans you work with is the critical first step in building the foundation for a thriving team. Our Human Guide System provides you with the in-depth knowledge you need on your team members to support your efforts to maximize their morale, commitment and performance on the job. A Human Guide System will maximize cohesion, collaboration and success across the organization.

The core of our Human Guide System is a series of quizzes cultivating trust between your team members and their leaders by getting to the heart of what they need and desire; and how they best work.

The data from this research is then provided in a data visualization with summaries helping you to make quick judgements on how best to navigate challenges with each individual team member, as well as the collective group. This data will also give you deep insights to help you understand how to best support each team member’s career trajectory in a way that maximizes their morale, dedication and productivity in your organization.

Step 1. Assess.

What are your most profitable solutions? What are the things that you offer as an organization (or public figure) that cause you to effortlessly solve the most expensive problems faced by institutions, organizations, localities? How can you position yourself as a critical thought leader and solution provider in the environment that needs you the most?

This is also an opportunity to assess, “who’s in the room?”. “Who’s in your corner?” What are they offering? What problems are they solving for you, and how can they be supercharged to produce more profitable outcomes?

Step 2. Measure.

Answer the questions in Step 1 utilizing the visual technology of mathematical data that all of your team and key stakeholders can understand. Invite them into the measurement process. Make the language of data common amongst your key players and those who aspire to be so.

Step 3. Target.

Based on the data, target solutions to address the most critical needs of your organization. This is where retreats, trainings and systems design come in. We’ll strategize with you on short-term vs. long term solutions to deliver the most rapid, impactful and profitable changes.
